Did you know that if you're a smoker, you're DECREASING your chances of a natural conception by as much as 50%?

Research has also shown that tea and coffee also harms your chance of a pregnancy, as well as increasing the risk of miscarriage. The same is true of alcohol.

Being overweight can also cause infertility, so if you are overweight, it's a good idea to consult a dietician before trying to get pregnant.

Some pharmaceutical drugs can also suppress fertility or make it dangerous to any potiential baby due to the possibility of birth defects. It is therefore essential to talk to your doctor about any medications you are on, prior to trying to get pregnant.
