When in school, the whole emphasis is on NOT getting pregnant, not having underage sex, taking responsibility, 'safe sex' and not becoming a teen mum.
In fact, judging by the attitude, it seems as if the whole world can get pregnant at the drop of a hat. As people get older, they then fill themselves with pills, caps, coils, and inject themselves with drugs to prevent pregnancy.
Finally, the time comes to start a family and suddenly they find it isn't so easy. Just how do those 14 year old's do it?
Because we as a society rely so heavily on drugs for our healthcare and our contraceptive health, it is automatic to seek the assistance of doctors, drugs, IVF and other high-tech treatments in order to get pregnant. Sometimes, though, there may just be an imbalance in the body which can be corrected by rest, diet and therapies like massage and reflexology.
I personally think that all potiential mothers should be given information on self-care and natural treatments to see if their particular solution is more low-tech, before or while they embark upon IVF.
