Im 18 yrs old and I just got on the depo shot YESTERDAY. i have been on the pill for 2 years before that and would forget daily to take them so i decided to get on the shot to help prevent pregnancy and to also gain some weight (im a skinny girl!!) but after reading all these articles i am very very scared of the side effects that are yet to come. today i noticed my period went away only after being on it for 2 days. my ( u kno what ) has been itching and it hurts when i have sex. im also very scared of the hair loss!!! should I stay on the shot for a few more months or go back to the pill ??? THANKS
