I have been taking the birth contol pill Ovcon-35 for almost a year now. The first few months were wonderful and I haven't had too many problems. However in the last 4 or 5 months my sex drive has completely died, I think. Sounds strange and I'm confused. My boyfriend and I have much trouble engaging in sexual activities because I experience so much pain it ends up leaving me fustrated. I went to the gyno for a checkup and everything came back fine. However, I still feel this acheing when I begin to become aroused, and a sharp sensation in me that sometimes makes it impossible for entrence, also the inside of my vagina feels swollen. I am curious as to if this could just be a decreased libido because of the pill that I am taking or if it could be something more serious that my doctor could have missed. Also, if it is because of the decreased libido is there anything I can do to naturally increase it or any other pills that may have a less effect in that department?
