In response to reapeat miscariages posted by whitedove30:

After the age of 36 there is a higher chance of chromasomal abnormalities in a baby, which can be a cause of miscarriage, but it would be impossible to say without further investigations being done.

I would get some chemical testing done to see if there is an environmental reason for your miscarriages (some companies do this by testing your hair sample for lead and other contaminants).

You should also go to your doctor as after 3 miscarriages you are entitled to have your fertility problem investigated, and he or she could suggest further tests.

If you or your partner smoke, this could cause a problem, so quitting smoking, taking pre-conceptual vitamins and perhaps a detox diet, fresh fruit and vegetables, would help.

Best of luck,

Joanna.
